Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Try Before You Pay

Everything we sell on IELTSArena can be tried before you spend any money.

Every user gets a free trial of 5 full tests. The free trial is not a demo or a preview. It gives you the real test experience, the real computer based test format, the real scoring and the real feedback that paid users receive.

We give this free trial for one reason: so you can decide whether IELTSArena suits your preparation before you pay, not after.

Before buying a plan, please use the free trial to check:

• that the test format and interface work the way you expect
• that the platform runs correctly on your device, browser and internet connection
• that the AI feedback and scoring match what you are looking for
• what the plan includes, how long it is valid for, and what it costs

If anything does not work for you during the free trial, please contact us at support@ieltsarena.com and we will help you before you purchase.

2. No Refunds

All payments made on IELTSArena are final and non refundable.

We do not offer refunds, part refunds, credits or transfers on any purchase, at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• you changed your mind after buying
• you decided the platform is not suitable for you
• you bought the wrong plan, the wrong test package or the wrong duration
• you did not use the tests, or used only some of them
• your plan validity expired before you finished using it
• you did not get the band score you were hoping for
• you bought before a discount, offer or promotion started
• your test date, travel plan, visa plan or study plan changed
• you cannot use the platform because of your own device, browser, internet connection, power supply or location

This is because we sell digital goods. The moment a payment is completed, your account is unlocked and the tests, AI feedback and study material become available to you immediately. That access cannot be taken back or resold, which is why a free trial is offered first instead of a refund afterwards.

3. No Cancellation After Payment

Once a payment is completed, the purchase cannot be cancelled.

There is no auto renewal on IELTSArena. Every plan is a one time payment, so nothing will ever be charged to you automatically and there is no subscription for you to cancel. Your plan simply stays active for its validity period and then ends on its own.

4. Payment Problems We Will Always Fix

The rules above apply to refund requests. They do not apply to a payment that went wrong. If you paid us and did not receive what you paid for, we will always put it right.

We will correct the payment in these situations only:

• Double payment. You were charged twice for the same plan. We return the extra amount.
• Payment taken, plan not activated. The amount left your account but your plan was never unlocked, and our team is unable to activate it for you.
• Charged for a plan you never bought. A payment appears on your account that does not match any purchase made by you.

To report one of these, email support@ieltsarena.com within 7 days of the payment with:

• your registered email address on IELTSArena
• the invoice number
• the payment or transaction reference from your bank or card statement
• the date and amount of the payment

We will check our payment records and reply within 2 working days. Where a correction is due, it is processed through our payment gateway and normally reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

5. Fees and Charges

Where an amount is returned to you under section 4, we return only the amount we actually received.

Payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges and international transaction fees are charged by your bank and by third party payment providers, not by us. These are not part of the amount we receive and cannot be returned by us. The final amount credited to your account may therefore be lower than the amount you paid, and it is decided by your bank, not by IELTSArena.

6. Accounts and Misuse

We may suspend or close an account that shares login details, resells access, copies test content or uses the platform in a way that breaks our Terms and Conditions. No refund is given in these cases.

8. Acceptance

By making a payment on IELTSArena, you confirm that you were offered a free trial of 5 tests before purchase, that you have read this Refund and Cancellation Policy, and that you accept it.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your payment is the version that applies to your purchase.
